One day, Ji-hyeon has a one night stand with his classmate Hye-rin, and the two spend their days in awkward distance from each other until Hye-rin finds out she’s pregnant. The two agree to abort the baby, and set out to a clinic in the remote countryside to have the illegal abortion. But, they’re kicked out of the clinic because they don’t have enough money for the surgery. Ji-hyeon and Hye-rin spend the day in a strange place, lost and in despair. The next day they head to the East Coast of Korea where Ji-hyeon served in the army.
